W99MYR is more than just another online gaming platform. We were built with one clear goal: to provide a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming experience made specifically for Malaysian users — in our language, with our currency, and the way we play.
These aren't just claims. Every one of these advantages is yours to experience from the moment you register.
W99MYR applies 256-bit SSL encryption across all transaction channels and user data. Your personal and financial information is protected by the same security infrastructure standard used in online banking.
All games on the w99myr platform use a certified, independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator). There is no manipulation of outcomes — every spin, every round is completely random and cannot be influenced by any party.
The w99myr payment system supports a wide range of local methods including FPX, e-wallets, and bank transfers. Deposits are processed in under a minute. Withdrawals for regular members are processed within a few hours, while VIP members receive priority processing.
The w99myr Game Lobby hosts over 500 titles spanning video slots, live dealer, card games, fish shooting games, bingo, virtual sports, and esports. Providers include Pragmatic Play, Evolution, PG Soft, Playtech, and many more acclaimed names.
The w99myr app is available for Android and iOS, optimized for Malaysian mobile screens. All games, deposits, withdrawals, and customer support are fully accessible through the app — the same smooth experience as the desktop version.
The w99myr support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can reach us via live chat in the platform or app. For Gold VIP members and above, a dedicated personal account manager is assigned to handle your needs.
W99MYR was born from the recognition that many Malaysian players were not getting an online gaming experience truly designed for them. Large international platforms often prioritize European or East Asian markets — leaving Malaysian users dealing with foreign-language interfaces, unsuitable payment options, and customer support that is hard to reach during hours relevant to the Malaysian time zone.
The team behind w99myr is made up of individuals who understand the Malaysian market from the inside — how local users play, which payment methods they trust, and what types of games they enjoy most. This understanding is what w99myr was built on: not as a foreign platform hastily adapted, but as a platform designed from day one with Malaysian players as the first priority.
Today, w99myr operates as one of Malaysia's trusted online gaming platforms, with a growing user base and a game catalog continuously updated with new titles from the world's leading providers.
W99MYR was built not to be the biggest platform — but to be the most trusted one by Malaysian players.
From game RTP to bonus terms — we believe players deserve to know exactly what they're getting into. No hidden conditions, no buried figures.
Every new feature, every system improvement, and every business decision at w99myr starts from the same question: does this give users a better experience?
The w99myr platform never stops evolving. We continuously add new game titles, improve our payment systems, and enhance security features based on user feedback and industry developments.
W99MYR supports a healthy gaming culture. Wagering limits, deposit limits, and temporary break options are available to all users. We take seriously the importance of keeping gaming fun and ensuring it never becomes a burden.
Investment in security infrastructure is an absolute priority at w99myr. User data is protected, transactions are encrypted, and systems are continuously monitored to detect any suspicious activity.
Each of these milestones reflects w99myr's ongoing commitment to delivering the best for Malaysian players.
The w99myr platform officially launched with an exclusive focus on the Malaysian market, starting with 100+ game titles from selected providers.
The live dealer section was launched in partnership with Evolution Gaming. The mobile app for Android and iOS was also launched in the same year.
A five-tier VIP system — from Bronze to Diamond — was launched to reward loyal players with more meaningful benefits.
The w99myr Game Lobby reached 500+ titles with the addition of esports, online bingo, and instant games from 20+ international providers.
Security infrastructure was upgraded to 256-bit SSL encryption, and an instant payment system was introduced for all deposit and withdrawal methods.
Behind the w99myr platform is a dedicated team — from platform engineers and security specialists to game provider managers and a customer support team on duty around the clock.
While w99myr is an online platform, our team is made up of individuals who genuinely understand the Malaysian market. We take pride in fast response times, effective problem resolution, and an approach that puts user satisfaction first in every interaction.
W99MYR believes that online gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment. To ensure this, we provide a range of tools that let users take control of their own gaming experience.
Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limit features let you set a maximum amount you can deposit within a given period — these limits take effect immediately once set. A self-exclusion option is also available for users who feel they need a break from playing.
The w99myr support team is also trained to identify and assist users who show signs of unhealthy playing habits. We take this responsibility seriously — because player wellbeing matters more than any transaction figure.
